Zombies on ice

Max Brooks in VICE
Here’s a great interview with Max Brooks from the current issue of VICE Magazine. He makes some excellent observations about the way the film industry has contributed to the rise of “fast zombies.” I agree with him that the phenomenon likely arose from directors–who didn’t know a thing about zombies–trying to make zombies “more intense” and so forth.
