Here’s a story in the San Francisco Chronicle about flies that turn ants into 
zombies. Or perhaps I should say “zombies.” The fly maggots eat the ants’ brains, but the ants continue to wander around–aimless and brainless–for about two weeks.
Not exactly like a zombie, but definitely zombie-ish.
